OUTREACH
Up and Over provides person-centered outreach and engagement services that meet individuals where they are. Through relationship-building, basic needs support, and individualized connections to resources, we help bridge the gap between crisis and stability. Our outreach efforts focus on creating pathways to housing, behavioral health services, substance use supports, healthcare, employment resources, and other community-based services that promote long-term wellness and stability. We believe meaningful change starts with trust, dignity, and walking alongside people on their journey toward stability and hope.

To help us connect with the individual, please provide a way for us to contact them (or you), along with information that may help us locate and make contact, such as a general area, camp
location, cross streets, landmarks, regular places they spend time, or other helpful details.
We also recognize that not everyone is seeking housing or other services, and that is okay. Some individuals simply need basic supplies to stay safe and healthy while living outdoors. Access to outreach supplies is not dependent on participating in housing programs, case management, treatment, or other services.
Our goal is to meet immediate needs, build trust, and provide support in whatever way is most helpful to the individual.

If you or someone you know is living in a place not meant for habitation and is in need of outreach support or basic supplies, please reach out to us. We may be able to assist with survival items, resource connections, and support services.
