Through Supportive Housing Services (SHS) funding, Up and Over provides outreach and engagement to support our unhoused neighbors in Clackamas County.
We meet people where they are—with compassion, respect, and care—whether they are living outside, in camps, or in temporary situations. Our goal is to not only provide immediate relief but also to build trust and relationships that open the door to safety, stability, and long-term support.
We provide practical essentials for daily living such as food, clothing, and hygiene supplies, while also connecting people to housing navigation, resource support, and community services. Every interaction is guided by our trauma-informed, person-centered approach, which honors each individual’s dignity, story, and choice.
